A charming play thing from the past, this pull-toy depicts the figure of Lord Krishna as a young boy. Made entirely of wood, this old collectible is from Karakudi, Tamil Nadu and is mounted on a base with wheels, with a ring attached to the front, through which a rope would have been attached to pull it. The piece wobbles slightly when standing and there are two cracks on the base - one at the back and one by the feet. There appears to be an element missing from the left hand, which could probably have been a flute.
