How the Purchase Process Works
While we allow instant check-out for a few items on Artisera, a majority of our selection is not available for immediate purchase. Instead, you will be prompted to raise a purchase inquiry, and we’ll get back to you to complete the transaction. The reason is, that most of the items you see on Artisera are one-of-a-kind. And while we typically update our website as soon as a piece is sold, there may be an occasional lag in the process. Hence, as soon as we know you’re interested in buying a piece, we first check its availability. At the same time, we also determine the shipping costs (if additional) and estimated delivery time, based on the shipping address you provide. Within 2 business days of receiving your purchase inquiry (usually earlier), we provide you with all the necessary information, and if you decide to proceed with the purchase, we send you a payment link to complete the transaction.

All payments made on Artisera are completely secure. You can pay using a credit card (Indian or international), bank transfer or via a pay wallet. We have partnerships with reputed payment gateway firms to ensure complete security for your transactions.

Our Return Policy
We ensure our clients are 100% sure of their choices before making a purchase, by speaking to them and providing detailed information about the piece(s). We also guarantee that the piece will look exactly like the pictures and videos shared with you. Since our collection comprises mostly of unique pieces, and shipping is complex because the items are fragile or heavy, we do not entertain returns.
However, in the highly unlikely event that an item is delivered to you in damaged condition, we will make things right by finding an acceptable solution. This may include repair, exchange, or in some cases, return of the product.
