When you raise a purchase request, we will ask you to indicate your preferences. Our team will contact you upon receiving your inquiry to collect all necessary details.

Terms and conditions for redeeming the gift card:

The gift card is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue. It can be used against a one-time purchase of one or more items. If the full value of the card is not redeemed, the balance cannot be exchanged for cash. Once purchased, items cannot be returned or exchanged. The gift card cannot be used to purchase items under any promotional scheme.
