Description

Featuring a majestic figure of Nandi, the divine bull that serves as Lord Shiva’s mount or Vahana, this Linga Holder opens up like a lotus to reveal the Linga. An old collectible from Gujarat or Maharashtra, it is cast in brass and feature exquisite detailing on the body, with openwork designs on the base. The thread (ring used to operate the opening of the lotus) is slightly worn down, but the piece is otherwise in good condition.
