Description

An extremely functional mid-size desk chair, such pieces were a regular feature in government offices in Calcutta. The arm rests and legs are slanted outwards, while the seat and back are simple in design. This piece is reproduced in teakwood and finished with matte melamine polish, or natural polish with a protective coat of clear wax. The cane weave is a '7 step' pattern, made using high quality cane from Assam.
