Kasliwal’s work represents a fusion of unique creativity and uncompromising integrity, rare to find in the highly competitive world market. AKFD is committed to the development of ideas using local crafts that have evolved over centuries. Strategically based in Jaipur, the company has a large variety of crafts to play with, be it beaten brass, stone carvings or even mirror work. AKFD products reflect a detailed understanding of processes and materials, and are an inventive combination of ancient techniques with high-tech modelling. The company provides meaningful employment, practice fair trade and support artisans’ livelihoods through innovative design, production and business practice.
